Jaleah Rutledge, MA
Co-Founder
Jaleah Rutledge, MA is a 4th year doctoral candidate in the Ecological-Community Psychology program at Michigan State University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude (4.0 to be exact) from Tuskegee University in 2018 with a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Communications.
Since she began offering ACT tutoring in high school, Jaleah has taken delight in helping people reach their academic goals. Throughout her academic career, Jaleah has maintained a 4.0 GPA, earned acceptances to over 15 schools and obtained nearly 1 million dollars in scholarships, grants, and fellowships to support her academic endeavors.
Jaleah’s experience in higher education has largely informed her approach to providing academic coaching and preparatory services to those looking to attend college or graduate school.
Kionna Henderson, MPH
Co-Founder
Kionna Henderson is the Co-Founder of Eminent Academic Solutions and the Founder of Coaching with Ki, a college prep author page. She is a native of Arkansas, and the first person in her family to graduate from college. Currently, Kionna is a third-year doctoral candidate at Michigan State University with a research interest in Health Geography. She has earned two degrees: a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, an 1890 Land Grant Institution, and a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
Kionna has a passion for breaking barriers for the generation behind her. For this reason, she wrote and published a book dedicated to help high school students improve their chances of college acceptance. Learn more about Kionna's book at www.coachingwithki.com
